As Owner and Head Groomer of Bow Meow Pet Care Center, Missy has been pampering the pets of North Bay since early 2008. With a life-long passion for pets, especially horses, Missy has worked with breeds of all kinds. Her grooming expertise and upbeat personality have made the merge of Touch and Bow Meow greatly benefit our team and the pets of North Bay & Area. Her and Roxanne have worked together for years at the start of Missy’s career and they are back together again! We welcome Missy and her Bow Meow clients with open paws!

Before joining the Touch team, Melissa owned and operated a busy pet grooming salon in Barrie, ON for 20 years and has been in the pet grooming industry for 23 years.

Originally from North Bay, Melissa and her family have come back home.

Melissa has had a lifelong passion for dogs, has experience grooming many breeds and harbours a love for Standard Poodles. She has had two St. Poodles of her own, and currently has a Lab, Cache and a Portuguese Water Dog/ Border Collie mix, Ollie.

When she isn’t pampering dogs, you’ll find her with family, her dogs, or in the garden.

Melissa can’t wait to meet new friends, both of the K9 and people kind.
