UPCOMING WORKSHOPs

your dogs pain language

This workshop is designed to help you SEE changes in your dogs posture and movement, so you and your dogs care circle can catch changes before they become harder to reverse.

In this series we will take a deeper look into your dogs body and how they may be telling you things without you even knowing. Dogs are very good at hiding and compensating when they are experiencing discomfort.

In this workshop we will help you to understand your dogs movements and how they should feel about you touching their muscles and moving their joints.

What you will learn in this workshop;

  • subtle ways your dogs may be showing you there is weakness or discomfort

  • how to feel the muscles of the back for signs of discomfort

  • how to feel the joints for signs of discomfort or resistance

  • how to massage and move muscles and joints to ease pain

We will help you to feel the muscles and help you to learn how muscle range of motion affects joint movement and mobility. Learns how to perform passive exercises for the joints and muscles and explain how this can ease pain and improve their function.

Simple awareness can help YOU help YOUR dog.

Working spots - Bring your dog and get a mobility assessment (limit of 10)

Audit spots - come (no dog) and watch and learn (unlimited)

CANINE Confidence

Our Canine Confidence class steamed from the need to help dogs build their confidence, trust in their ability and strengthen the human pet bond. This confidence building will teach your dog how to tackle fears and as a team you and your pet can work together to accomplish this goal. It is by trusting each other that these goals can be accomplished.

By giving your dog an obstacle that is somewhat overwhelming and then also providing them with the tools and encouragement to complete these tasks you will see your dog “sparkle” with their accomplishment.

Your bond will be forever strengthened as you work together and they trust in you and themselves.

This workshop is for young puppies as a developmental skill, for new comers to specialized canine exercise equipment and for seniors to challenge their strength and balance. Everything is able to be arrange to accommodate all ages and abilities.
